Who is Jesus?: The Miseducation of Jesus Christ

We invite you to join us for a thought-provoking message from Pastor Matt titled “Who is Jesus?: The Miseducation of Jesus Christ.” In this powerful teaching, Pastor Matt will dive into Matthew 16:13, where Jesus asks His disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” This question was not only relevant in Jesus’ time, but it continues to resonate today. Many people have differing views of who Jesus is, often shaped by culture, tradition, or personal experience. Pastor Matt will help us explore how these misunderstandings and misconceptions can cloud our perception of Christ and His true identity.

In this message, Pastor Matt will challenge us to examine the way we see Jesus and reflect on how our beliefs may have been influenced by incomplete or inaccurate teachings. Through the lens of scripture, he will guide us toward a clearer, more biblical understanding of who Jesus really is—beyond the miseducation that often surrounds Him. By reflecting on the words of Jesus and His actions, we will see that He is more than just a historical figure or a religious leader; He is the Son of God, the Savior, and the King who came to transform lives.

Pastor Matt will also emphasize how knowing the true identity of Jesus is crucial for our own spiritual journey. When we understand who Jesus really is, we are able to have a deeper, more meaningful relationship with Him. This knowledge empowers us to walk confidently in our faith, live out our purpose, and experience the fullness of His love and grace. Pastor Matt will encourage us to move beyond surface-level understanding and embrace the transformative truth of Jesus Christ.
